Have you ever been to a boutique opening party? They're so much fun. Meeting new people, rubbing elbows with local designers, and drinking free bubbly really tickles my fancy.

On the heels of her Spring Yves Saint Laurent ad release, Claudia struts her supermodel stuff in a perfectly layered ensemble. Her street style is absolutely admirable. While not everyone can pull off cropped pants and ankle boots — I only recommend that if you're tall and/or lanky — there are other creative things going on here.

My favorite Spring collection was Dries Van Noten. Graphic prints were an integral part of the eclectic collection. These calculated prints command attention and are stimulating to the eye.

Spotted: Gossip Girl Leighton Meester in the front row of numerous Fashion Week shows looking stylish as ever. Her fashion sense proves to extend beyond her preppy character Blair Waldorf. Thusfar, Leighton's Fashion Week outfits have ranged from bright yellow and pink frocks to casual tees with artistic skirts and leather.

Leighton Meester was girly and Spring ready at LA's Paley Festival. Her Julie Haus chiffon dress was perfect for the Easter weekend without looking too saccharine. She accessorized with some oxford peep toes, but these gladiator heels provide just the right amount of toughness to offset such a light, feminine dress.

Not to be confused with granny's boudoir, the items pictured here are for a brocade babe. What's old is new again, and brocade always feels right in the dead of Winter. With a slight sheen and 60's vibe, slip on your patent booties, opaque black tights and costume jewelry for a glitzy night in brocade.

The fuchsia fanfare has been around for a while now so Brittany Snow's Julie Haus mini dress is no breaking news. Still, the actress, here at Vegas Magazine's party, looks au courant and sassy. I especially appreciate the three black buttons.

Seriously: leopard print is so much fun. It's one of those things that every gal should have in their closet; I have a sexy little leopard print sporty tank that I haven't sported in a while. Well, it's obviously time to welcome that little tank back to the concrete jungle.
