It's not quite Spring yet, but celebrities are already experimenting with bright colors. This week, Gwyneth Paltrow and Vanessa Hudgens dabbled with purple, while Keira Knightley and Lindsay Lohan lightened up the mood in white and lightwash jeans. Malin Akerman, on the other hand, took the vampy route in all black.

Black and white — such an obvious match but oh so powerful. Case in point, Keira Knightley dressed in Chanel Couture at The Young Victoria premiere in London. She proves that sometimes, simple equals special.

It's Winter, and like most of us, celebs are hibernating because of the cold. The ones that are out and about have either been bundling up or shedding off for the red carpet. We saw a few fancy looks this week, as well as one casual.

The crème de la crème are showing up for Paris couture shows and that includes Keira Knightley at Chanel. Stay tuned for the glorious garb, but here's the Chanel devotee — with freshly blunted bangs — in a slim tweed skirt with red velvet trim, a sheer black top with brass buttons, and stacked black platform pumps. And, of course, Keira wore her black quilted Chanel bag.

Froth is usually associated with bubbles or foam. So, if there were to be a frothy frock it would be a dress that is bubbling with fabulousness. Be it structured tiers (Anne in Gianfranco Ferre), organza silk melded with lace (Keira in Balenciaga), or couture detailing (Dita in Marchesa), these dresses provide some real drama.
