Kova & T Lace Bell Bottoms: Love It or Hate It?

OK, I love lace, I love bell bottoms, but put the two together, and you get these Kova & T Lace Bell Bottoms ($165). I've already spotted a couple of hipster gals sporting this look, but I'm still on the fence. They remind me of Cher - not in a good way - and I can't get over the whole goth vibe. On the flip side, they might look groovy with a vest and platforms - what say you?

We brought you 10 crazy funky jeans, so it's only fair that we give leggings the same treatment. This one's for all you bold girls. It takes a certain personality to pull off gutsy leggings, but if you're the daring type, revel in the endless supply of sequin, lace, tie-dye, and stud-embellished offerings. I was appalled by some of these at first glance, but then again, I can see such radical styles - like this Diane von Furstenberg Animal Print Legging ($115) - tempered with tailored coats and simple tees. Fabcon: Dasha Zhukova

I first took notice of Russian Dasha Zhukova when she attended a Louis Vuitton and Richard Prince dinner in a white mini dress topped with a Chanel cropped denim jacket. Who's that girl? Upon further research, I discovered that she's codesigner of the brand Kova & T.

Since she's usually attending fancy fetes, you'll often find Dasha in a pretty dress. Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel, Valentino - these are just some of the designers she prefers. Even when she's not dolled up, the 27-year-old still looks put together in anything from shiny leggings to men's button-down shirts, leather jackets, blazers, and Kova & T pieces. Bottom line is she exudes that signature Russian sophistication with a dash of decadent Dasha.

The Look For Less: Kova & T Light Gray Skinny Jeans

There are gray jeans and then there are light gray jeans. Though I like the former, I am obsessed with the latter. The soft hue looks especially smashing with cognac pieces. I melt just thinking about it. My hunt for the perfect pair got me to these Kova & T Sandy 98 Skinny Jeans ($198). Compared to other brands, the price tag isn't brutal. Still, why spend more when I can spend less?

I further continued my search for the perfect light gray jeans by looking in less-expensive stores. That's when I found these Express Mia Ultra Skinny Gray Jeans ($70). They're light, they're fairly affordable, and they're skinny the way I like them.

Kova & T Latex High Waisted Skirt: Love It or Hate It?

The only latex I currently own is a pair of dishwashing gloves. I'm wondering if it's time to expand my collection to include this Kova & T Latex High Waisted Skirt ($209).

This concept looks like a lighter, shinier version of leather, but is latex any more comfortable? I'm up in the air on this one. What do you think?

Trend Alert: The New Crop of Leggings

OK, so here's the thing: I am so over leggings. Have been since they came back a couple years ago. But I accepted it's one of those things that won't die, and I figured out it's because they serve a functional purpose; they do come in handy in times of travel and nippy weather. And so, I think Lindsay Lohan was on to something. Along with her legging line 6126 (named after Marilyn Monroe's birthday), the new crop of leggings are un-ordinary. They come in different colors, textures, and treatments. So if you can't rid yourself of them, try on a modernized, fresh pair, for me.

Here is a very fun, youthful outfit; but, this look does not come cheap. Though, I think it is definitely one that can be achieved on the cheap by scouring your local vintage shops! Rihanna does not dress shy - and for that, I like her. She has fun with colors and isn't afraid to show some skin. Here she is on TRL and while I think she could have ditched some of her bling, because that top delivers enough 'pow,' that's just her style.

At the Fetish by Christian Louboutin and David Lynch Exhibition in the Fabcon's home country of Russia, the sexy brunette worked a buttery leather jacket and a confectionery Rodarte frock. She gained extra style mileage with a graphic black and white clutch and silver Louboutin stilettos. No-fuss hair and pouty pink lips were perfect beauty accompaniments. The lilac and white wrapped and cut-out Rodarte dress is stunning in itself, but this stylemaster made it her own.
