Silver nail polish is definitely not a brand-new trend, in fact, it was popular in the 80's and then re-surfaced about a year and a half ago with basic-coloured metallics like
silver and
gold. Many permutations like gunmetal, blue and chrome, spawned from the basics, while gold and silver seemed to fade with the season. Now it's back again and this time, we're seeing silver on some of Hollywood's hottest girls like Lindsay Lohan (
spotted in Paris) and Paris Hilton (dressed up as a
Pussycat Doll).
Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson wore all black but brightened things up by sharing a rainbow umbrella as they left Foxtail in LA on Tuesday night. Even though their recent drama and Lindsay's
incriminating pictures make you think they are
on their way to breaking up, the couple is trying to smooth things over. Supposedly LL will be joining Samantha's close-knit family
for a holiday vacation, so maybe being around relatives will help the couple work through their problems.
After spending some
time abroad with Samantha, Lindsay Lohan was back to making the rounds in LA yesterday. She stuck with her water bottle, black leather jacket and tried and true leggings but mixed it up a little with
over the knee boots. LL and Samantha have been
having a few problems over the past few weeks and with the recent
photographic evidence of Lindsay drinking again there might be more trouble brewing.
Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson have been inseparable for some time now, but lately there have been rumors that things have been a bit rocky. Just a few days ago we heard that
they were fighting and supposedly the girls are

slipping on their gladrags. Us Brits were represented by a suave Gerard Butler, glittering Agyness Deyn and graceful Lily Allen, who left the
balloons at home and accessorised with Rhys Ifans and a reported
£5 million of Chopard jewellery. Wowzers.

Many an A-lister made the trek to Dubai today to celebrate the grand opening of the Atlantis Palm Resort. Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson
traveled from London to join Sam's mother Ann Dexter-Jones, while Mischa Barton will show up anywhere there's a red carpet. The eclectic crew, which included Mary-Kate Olsen all draped in white, Gerard Butler, Charlize Theron, and Stuart Townsend, was treated to dinner and an elaborate performance from Kylie Minogue.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson went out for one last evening in London at Mahiki nightclub last night. LL was perfectly coordinated in her splashes of blue and as usual Samantha stayed one step behind. Lindsay has come a long way since her bad girl days of
bad mouthing her fellow starlets on bathroom walls, thanks at least in part to this grounding relationship, but things aren't always drama free for the starlet.

Lindsay Lohan kept herself flour-free in London yesterday, but what can I say, we couldn't resist bringing you the dramatic photo from
Saturday night's PETA incident. The look on her face is priceless especially since the substance is as harmless as flour. In fact, Lindsay strolled confidently in leather with a smile on her face out to dinner at Nobu with Samantha right behind.
Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson spent the day shopping before dressing up to go to Paris's VIP Room Theater on Friday night. Things took a turn for the worse for the girls when an angry PETA activist
completely shocked Lohan and covered her with flour. Samantha came to her defense in an
angry blog post the next day stating that the organization should not use high profile people just to grab headlines.
