Last night was the 69th Annual American Ballet Theatre Spring gala at the Metropolitan Opera House in NYC. The go-to designer of the evening was Carolina Herrera and almost everyone had the blues — a gaggle of blue dresses draped gorgeous bods like Ivanka's.
