McQ Zip Up Romper: Love It or Hate It?

Alexander McQueen showed his colorful side with this McQ Zip Up Romper, ($400). The abstract print is Spring festive, but I'm not really sure about the short, high-waisted cut. It's pretty hard to pull off this look - it looks like a Rainbow Bright meets Power Ranger costume. Is this romper hot, or not?

Who knew a black dress could be so complicated? Rosario Dawson's mermaid-like dress has way too much going on - a patch of sequins at the side, leather piping, a tie-waist belt. Plus, her pointy pumps are a tad outdated, no? If it makes Rosario fans feel any better, her hair and makeup looks spot-on! Thoughts?

Hayden Panettiere's look at the MTV Video Music Awards has got me conflicted. First off, we can't see the front of the dress because her hair is covering it. I do think the color and length of the frock are fun but her clear wedges are throwing me off. Do you concur?

All the pieces in Ashanti's outfit are glamorous, but for some reason the hip-hop singer doesn't look so appealing. Perhaps it's because she's shining from head to toe, starting from her earrings to her dress, bracelet and shoes. Sometimes less really is more. What do you think?

Is it me or does Alicia Keys look like a dominatrix in this strapless leather dress? She has such a pretty face but this look is not working for her figure. It's way too masculine and unflattering. And to top it off, those shoes are way too matchy matchy with the dress. Do you agree?

Oversized sunglasses are here to stay-at least for the time being. But doesn't it seem like they just keep getting bigger and bigger? I was particularly struck by this pair of Missoni
Vintage Aviator Sunglasses, available for $320 here. With their black-and-yellow color scheme and racing-stripe design, they give off a definite 1970s jetsetter vibe with a slightly sci-fi influence. At the same time, they are unmistakably Missoni. But I just can't decide how I feel about them, so tell me what you think. Love it or hate it?

Celebrities love the bold Fendi B Belt and its corresponding purse, so perhaps it is for that reason that the designer has chosen to built its signature B-buckle belt right into a shirt. This Fendi Puffy-Sleeve Silk Blouse with Patent Leather Belt is nothing if not playful, with a white cotton collar set off from the ruby-red silk front. Then, right at the pleated, voluminous waist comes a built-in belt made from white patent leather with Fendi's signature B buckle.
