Lydia Hearst, heiress and Gossip Girl guest star, is the body and face of Myla lingerie's Fall/Winter ’08 campaign. Shot by Ben Hassett, the campaign evokes '40s Hollywood glamor using dramatic contrasts and sensual backdrops.

Looks like both Victoria Beckham and model Lydia Hearst were feeling adventurous when they decided to wear this (cough) innovative and body-baring silk crepe dress by Marc Jacobs. Honing in her love for pink, Victoria wore this dress at the Victoria's Secret fashion show while Lydia sported the same frock at the Entertainment Weekly & Vavoom Annual Upfront Party in New York City. Both girls paired the dress with similar open-toe pumps and accessorized minimally, but who pulled off this daring dress better?

Model of the week Lydia Hearst has teamed up with Heatherette designers Traver Rains and Richie Rich to design a collection of handbags for sportswear brand Puma.
The 10 limited-edition Puma Lydia bags, around $100, are inspired by the French 77 Racket Bag. On Tuesday, Lydia (left) proudly modeled two of her bags at a press brunch in NYC.

You may recognize the last name of Model of the Week Lydia Hearst from the magazine company, the castle and, of course, from her great-grandfather, William Randolph Hearst. But Lydia is more than an heiress. She is a model, an activist, a philanthropist, a socialite and a designer of sorts - she is coming out with a Puma Lydia Handbag in November.

A Summer party at the Serpentine Gallery in London brought out some beautiful people, including a few models. Lydia Hearst cloned a Greek goddess statue in her nude gown with a side train. Natalia Vodianova, who is 7-months pregnant (shocking!) looked like a doll in her mini and voluminous fuchsia Giambattista Valli dress.
