Style Wins at Hollywood Life's 6th Annual Style Awards

Last night's Hollywood Life 6th Annual Style Awards brought out a gaggle of fashionably dressed stars. Lauren Conrad, Amber Valletta, Sophia Bush, and Selena Gomez were just some of the Fab attendees. There was a lot of black on the red carpet, but Lauren brightened things up in her floral Mara Hoffman frock. Step past the velvet rope to see some gorgeous frocks and to witness the after-party fun. Then once you're out, vote on the best dressed.

Fab's August Most Wanted

As you know, I am an optimist. Let's not dwell on August being Summer's last month. Instead, let's revel in it. My month is already packed with concerts, house parties, pool dates, weekend adventures, and active fun. I have begun thinking about my Fall wardrobe, therefore transitional pieces are top of mind. If there's one designer whose prints put me in a tizzy, it's Mara Hoffman. And when Mara ventured into swimwear last year it made complete sense - her exotic aesthetic perfectly translates to the beach. Her show at Miami swim, where Whitney Port attended in an adorable op-art print dress, was beyond sizzling. Cuts were experimental and prints were psychedelic. Fun details like neon fringe, chain belts, turbans, cut outs, and braids kept things interesting. Not to be overlooked are flowy, sexy caftans and cover-ups, in funky tribal prints. Colors spanned the spectrum. How you feeling? Hot, hot, hot.

Mara Hoffman Chiffon Dashiki: Love It or Hate It?
