You know I live for the collections at New York Fashion Week, but I have to admit, it's also fun to people watch. When I take my seat, before lights dim, I look around to spot the most stylish in the crowd. It's usually girls like Margherita Missoni, Olivia Palermo, and Julia Restoin-Roitfeld.

Ashley Tisdale shined in her fun embellished Jenny Packham dress, while Margherita Missoni rocked in a pair of shiny harem pants.

Non-profit organization OrphanAid Africa supports orphans in Ghana and has been connected to fashion from its inception. Founder Lisa Lovatt-Smith was a former editor at Vogue magazine and designer Margherita Maccapani Missoni has given her full support by visiting Ghana and encouraging the fashion world to participate in the project.

Behind the Seams: Bergdorf Goodman Welcomes Missoni's Fall Line
Last night, when the doors of Bergdorf Goodman in NYC were closed to customers, they were opened for Margherita Missoni and her friends. Actress Joy Bryant, Bergdorf Goodman women’s fashion director, Roopal Patel, and Mickey Boardman all celebrated Missoni's Fall '08 collection together.
Margherita looked more mature than ever in a peach dress and layered tribal necklaces.

Mary-Kate looked classic bohemian Mary-Kate for the Annual Winter Dance at the American Museum of Natural History in NYC. Leave it to MK to Olsen-ify the floral trend by wearing fur and a snakeskin clutch. Even though her friends Margherita Missoni, Derek Blasberg, and Arden Wohl are towering over her, she still manages to steal the spotlight.
