Is it just me, or is this Manolo Blahnik Campari Suede Mary Jane ($555), G.I. Jane gone wrong? Even though Marc Jacobs claims camouflage is a forever icon, sometimes you just have to say no. I'm all for the occasional patriotic print, but Mary Janes?! I think camo is best worn casual, not dressy. I could only see SJP pulling these off - not me.

I Want This Wardrobe: Gossip Girl

"Gossip Girl" debuted last week and though I was skeptical at first, it has done a fabulous job of nurturing my "The O.C." withdrawals.

In the second episode last night, Serena van der Woodsen's current frenemy Blair Waldorf had an exceptional wardrobe, one of them being a delicate white eyelet dress she wore to to a fundraiser brunch at a posh hotel. Like a true rich girl, she donned pearl bracelets, a girlie headband and just to spice things up, a pair of sexy patterned tights. Sticking with the innocent-but-sexy motif, she wore black patent Mary Janes on her feet.

Dolce Vita's Dancer Flats, $98, are perfect Chloe wannabes. They are black, round-toe and have the triple straps. The only difference is that the Dolce Vita leather is smoother. One dissimilarity, in my book, is a Look For Less success!
