Look, we have another lady in beautiful blue. Mary-Louise Parker showed up to the festivities in a strapless blue Carlos Miele gown with asymmetrical tiers cascading down. A chiffon layer completes the bottom portion. Silver jewels and a clutch make up her accessories. What do you all think?

This time around, sisters and models Frankie and Missy Rayder, (left), Mary-Louise Parker, Milla Jovovich, Jennifer Hudson, Jason Bateman, Rainn Wilson, and more are all part of the fun. Milla and Jason even brought their kids along for the ride. Aw! Weeds star Mary-Louise looks stunning and simplistic in a turquoise Roberto Cavalli gown. The pleating around the torso is interesting and ultimately flattering. The delicate jewels lining the straps prevents the dress from being boring, and her crystallized black clutch is wicked. Thoughts?

I've said it once and I'll say it again: There's nothing like a red hot dress. Sure to turn heads, the red dress is a purveyor of power, femininity, and sexuality. I tend to stow away my red dresses for the Winter months, but if it's hot outside, make the world swelter by throwing on a red frock. Confident and cool ladies Ali Larter and Mary-Louise Parker opted for red sheaths, while Rachel Weisz was in head-to-toe theatrics for a Vogue shoot. Is it hot in here, or is it me?

Primetime Emmy Awards: Mermaids

Mermaids aren't only found in water (they do exist I swear!), they're also spotted on the Emmy red carpet! These stars all chose the womanly silhouette of dresses with form-fitting bodices and flared bottoms. Katherine's was the most dramatic, while Kyra and Becki kept it fresh with layers of feathers and tulle. Edie's train is a little more incognito, Mary-Louise's is sleek and Debra kept it classic in black and white. These mermaids stood out in the sea of red...carpet!

Mary-Louise Parker wore this Diane von Furstenberg dress to a Television Critics Association event, while "Law and Order" actress Alana De La Garza wore it to the NBC All-Star Party. Both ladies are petite, brunette, fair-skinned and have a man by their side! But who do you think wore it better? My vote goes to Alana because of her sassy red clutch.

I was wondering who would be the first to wear Diane von Furstenberg's brown, red and white graphic print dress and voila, Mary-Louise Parker it is! The actress looks very laid-back at the Showtime Summer and Fall 2007 Television Critics Association event. We can't see her shoes, but I hope she was sporting the hot Giuseppe Zanotti's I chose for her. Btw, we love her over here - do you?
