This week Victoria's Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio strutted her stuff during São Paulo Fashion Week, showing off her five-month pregnant belly in the process. The model, who hid the fact that she was newly pregnant with her second child during the lingerie company's fashion show in November, wore an array of belly-grazing designs and towering heels as she joined the lineup of expectant supermodels who've walked the runway before her. Earlier this year, the fashion industry was fixated with transgendered and androgynous models like Jana K., Lea T., and Andrej Pejic who have appeared on runways, magazine covers, and fashion campaigns. Today, New York magazine released its Fall fashion issue featuring Andrej Pejic in shirtless stance similar to the one he posed for Dossier magazine a couple months back. That issue received much controversy after Barnes & Noble demanded that Dossier's publishers hide the cover in an opaque plastic bag, but it seems like New York magazine is having no issues with flashing Andrej Pejic's shirtless cover on newsstands today. Peep Lane Crawford's Fall Ad Starring Only Chinese Models

Instead of just choosing one face to represent its Fall campaign, Lane Crawford went for the gusto featuring five Chinese top models: Fei Fei Sun, Liu Wen, Ming Xi, Shu Pei, and Xiao Wen Ju. The ad, shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, depicts them wearing a palette of black and neutrals from brands like Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, and Lanvin. "The campaign combines a stunning array from renowned international fashion brands with the strongest Chinese faces to create a fascinating and powerful shot," said the China-based retailer. Gisele walked the runway in Sao Paulo yesterday to launch her forthcoming lingerie collection, Gisele Bundchen Intimates, for Brazilian company Hope. And when we say walked the runway, we really mean owned the runway. It looks like Gisele learned a thing or two from walking the Victoria's Secret runway shows from her days as a VS angel, as the lingerie was glammed up with feathers, hats, and bows. Gisele herself was looking particularly lean and long, but - sigh - we expect nothing less from one of the greatest supermodels of all time.
