Ms penny Lane is off the chain. Hey, that rhymes! The always-stylish Fab reader recently wore an oversized white tee and denim cutoffs.

Who is this mystery woman and who designed her bright-ass bag? That would be Fab fave Anne Hathaway on the streets of NYC and Chanel. Double trouble.

We continue our Need Now series with affordable jackets. Just because it's Summer doesn't mean you shouldn't still carry a lightweight jacket. After all, you never know when the wind will decide to make a cameo.

For his Target Spring collection, Mossimo Giannulli is giving us a mix of goodies ranging from flirty feminine pieces to crisp-cut shorts. Tiered skirts and cool zipper accents give this line a cool, trendy vibe while streamlined shorts and classic stripes provide a basic backdrop. I'm personally loving that cool denim skirt and striped tanked combo because it gives off a breezy nautical vibe.

Fabcon Zoe Kravitz is always in the fashion know, so it wasn't surprising to see her wearing a tailored and cropped tuxedo jacket from Alexander Wang's Fall collection. This shorter cut looks insanely cute against a long top — look at Zoe for inspiration — or when paired with a flirty frock. See, it's all about contrasting different lengths for a fun, new look.

makiwacky knows primary colors aren't just for kids. Her bright red shorts and watercolor top is a fun yet sophisticated ensemble. I like how she tempered the shocking colors with a pair of sassy black slingbacks.

Take a gander at Grey's Anatomy actress Melissa George looking like an uptown snow princess in her wintry white ensemble. This soft tone is a sleek cold-weather option and makes for a great statement. I like how Melissa chose to go all out in head-to-toe Winter white, but if that's too bold for you, I suggest investing in a cozy coat.

Every time I go to Target, I leave with at least one bag. For example, when I went last week, I walked out with the navy version of this Mossimo Long Wool Olive Jacket ($49, originally $70). I couldn't resist — it screamed chic Russian military-wear.

I live in my wooly jackets in the Winter, but they're not the most exciting crop of coats. If you feel me, try one with leather trimmings. This slick embellishment adds a dose of refinement to outerwear without losing warmth.
