In DC, Sarah Jessica Parker made a glamorous arrival at the 34th Kennedy Center Honors event, joining a newly engaged and glowing Anne Hathaway for last night's festivities. Among the night's big winners, Sarah Burton took home the coveted top prize of designer of the year, while Victoria Beckham was honored with the award for designer brand. Stella McCartney also received the award for red carpet designer.
