These rad, red Balmain suede booties are helping me battle my post-Halloween depression. Thank goodness for Balmain, right? The rest of my November picks are either cozy or cozy chic; it's finally time to stow my sandals and lightweight jackets and reunite with my bodacious boots and tights. I admit: I missed them. Furry hats, cool jewels, and Sienna Miller-inspired moccasin boots also made the want list.

When October rolls around there is one thing on my mind: Halloween. That's right people, Fab's favorite holiday. We're gearing up our costume idea series, A Fabby Halloween, but in the meantime, here are some non-festive items I am lusting over. Fab's August Most Wanted

As you know, I am an optimist. Let's not dwell on August being Summer's last month. Instead, let's revel in it. My month is already packed with concerts, house parties, pool dates, weekend adventures, and active fun. I have begun thinking about my Fall wardrobe, therefore transitional pieces are top of mind. This geo print Mara Hoffman dress is the perfect perky purchase - I would totally wear it with tights and layers come Fall. It's all about optimism 'round here party people.

It's months like these I wish I were Evie (Out of This World, hello) and could freeze time. July, fun in the sun, barbecues, and Summer lovin' are all upon us. I'm actually a bit shopped out; time to give my wallet a break and enjoy the simple life. The month kicks off with the celebratory, firework-ignited holiday of the 4th of July - coincidence my July musts are pink, blue, and white? Bring on the good times . . .

June. Junio. Giugno. Juin. Juni. There you have it in five languages. "It" being my favorite month - ever. Seriously, it's the beginning of Summer, the sun has come out to play, and I'm feelin' fine. June is also a prime month for me because of the super June sales! Though I usually already have my Summer stock by now, one can always use more tanks, sandals, and swims. Interestingly, this month's musts are all little sparkly things, a couple pairs of pants, and my new baby: my very first non-vintage Bottega! Feels like butta.

Though I will be blowing my life savings on Matthew Williamson's collection for H&M, there are a few other things I am lusting for. Top of mind is my surf trip to Costa Rica later this month, so you will find a dope pair of workout pants, some beachy items, and a hot little bikini. Alas, city life until then, so some sophisticated items are musts, too. Summer is so soon . . . can't wait!

I know what you're thinking: I can't believe it's already April. My friends, April is one of the best months! Spring has sprung, Summer is around the corner, you still have time to get in shape, and you have plenty of resources to assemble your warm-weather wardrobe. Sales are already sprouting and the sun is shining. What is there to complain about? Niente. My eyes are locking on optimistic goods, like these insanely fun Fendi strappy patent two-tone sandals ($615). Revel in it.

February is a pretty crazy month for Fab. The awards shows and couture week were only a warm up for New York Fashion Week and the Oscars. So get ready for a wild ride of a month! If you can believe it, I'm usually too busy to shop, but, as always, have some coveted items. A Thakoon lightweight sweater, sweet jewelry, and this darling daring Marc Jacobs clutch all say the month of love to me.
