Nina's "Shostopper" Booties Are a Disco for Your Feet

We're thrilled to present our favorite Lucky story here on Fab!

The questions I always ask myself before buying a party shoe are:

1. Are the heels high enough?
2. Can I wear them with more than one outfit?
3. Can I last at least five hours in them?
4. But are the heels really high enough?

Now we can add "but do they light up?" to the party-shoe list of requirements.

If you're buying Nina's "Shostopper" open-toe bootie the answer is yes, let there be light! A guaranteed 300 hours of light. I'm a fan of the height, platform for comfort, and slim heel, but I'm not sure whether or not I'd actually turn the shoes on. A disco for your feet - what are your thoughts?

Black is back. But while most stars are turning to LBDs, Lindsay Price is doing her own thing. The actress attended the 2nd annual H.E.L.P. Malawi fundraising event in NYC in an all-black ensemble that dazzled from head to toe. I love that she paired up different fabrics - a satin tulip skirt with a rayon cocoon top. The oversized stone and chain necklace and gold sandals provide just enough variation. What a wonderful holiday party outfit!

Nina Ricci Presents Nina Perfume

The French fashion house Nina Ricci has introduced a new perfume, Nina. This romantic fragrance was inspired by the City of Light and by childhood fairy tales.

Everything about it is sweet: The fragrance features notes of lemon, lime, peony petals, moonflower, vanilla-infused red toffee apple, applewood and white cedar. The bottle was created out of bright raspberry-colored glass to resemble an apple, and its silver leaves sport an engraved Nina Ricci signature.

The Nina product range includes a 2.7 ounce eau de toilette spray ($67), a body lotion ($26) and a shower gel ($24). I'm not usually one for shower gels, but I bet the mix of apples and flowers would smell feel really fresh and clean. Do you think you'll check out Nina?

Nina Dobrev Joins Ashley Greene and Camila Alves For Fashion Week Fun

Nina Dobrev spent the weekend in style as she hit up several New York Fashion Week shows. The Vampire Diaries star kicked things off on Saturday at Christian Siriano before joining her friend Camila Alves at Herve Leger by Max Azria and at Monique Lhuillier. The pair made a quick change between the latter two shows, as Camila swapped her sexy Hervé top in favor of a bright-yellow dress, and Nina changed out of a simple, black look and into a bold, blue sheath. Yesterday, Nina was back on the scene as she teamed up with another star of a bloodsucking franchise, Ashley Greene, at the DKNY presentation. The actresses claimed coveted spots right along the runway and chatted up their seatmate, model Coco Rocha, during the show. Nina had to leave the fashionable festivities shortly after DKNY wrapped, however, tweeting that she had a 6 a.m. call time on The Vampire Diaries set today.
