The majority of you preferred Ivanka over Mischa in Alberta Ferretti, so let's give Ivanka another whirl. I secretly adore her: she's so elegant and beautiful. And look at those legs! Fall Glimpse: Party Hose

I hope you wore out your black tights last Winter because party hose will soon put them to shame. Designers continue to play with hosiery and the Fall offerings will be anything but boring black. Don't get me wrong - a black tight is classic - but think about a textured black (Chanel, left, drool), a flowered jewel tone, an artsy statement, or the '80s fave: pantyhose. I'm pretty excited to revamp my hosiery drawer; I'm over black tights. Party on, Wayne.

Let's talk pantyhose for a sec. I wore black sheer hose quite a bit last Winter - sometimes opaque tights felt too conservative. I know it's very Working Girl, but it's a sexier alternative to tights. Case in point: Liya Kebede in a satin Stella McCartney Resort dress and sheer hose. The whisper light hosiery allows her glowing skin to shine, and they look adorable with her dainty sandals. Holiday dressing lesson learned. Click through for more style lessons!

Trend Alert - Special Runway Edition! Miu Miu Hosiery

If you're totally on board for some plumage this Fall, I wonder if you will have the want to pull off Miu Miu's unique hosiery styling. Look at the runway selections below, look at the model's midriff areas and look no further for a no doubt Miuccia Prada bizarro styling idea. She decided to pull the top of the pantyhose from under the skirt over the top. Now Miuccia has a way of setting trends, and I'm a Miu Miu devotee, but I'm not so sure of this one. Runway fashion fluke, or does this trend have real staying power? You tell me!
