Molly is all ears down in LA at the 2009 Winter TCAs. And who did she get an earful from regarding a specially designed Vegan shoe line? We know her, we love her hair, and she's Ellen's main squeeze - Portia de Rossi. An avid animal protector, Portia was promoting her new show but also divulging juicy details. She also swore she tries to wear leather as little as possible. No further details, but we're all ears now.

Maybe Angelina was onto something when she whipped out her Versace black leather pants in November. Though I've always felt no one wears leather pants better than Slash from Guns n' Roses, these ladies are rockin' and rollin'. One thing is for sure: You have to be confident to pull off leathery, liquidy pants. Vanessa Paradis (left) is married to Johnny Depp so enough said, Ashley Olsen is Ashley Olsen so she's happy as a clam, and Portia de Rossi is partners with the funny and lovely Ellen DeGeneres. Go on confident girls (all of you!) and slip into something a bit more uncomfortable.

Canary diamond, ruby, sapphire, and amethyst all showed up on the red carpet tonight, but not just in jewelry form! These ladies accessorized their ice with bold, jewel-toned gowns: Felicity Huffman and Julie Louis-Dreyfus went with a lovely shade of purple, while Portia, Ellen, and America chose hues of blues. Ali Larter looked fantastic in ruby red and Minnie Driver pulled off canary diamond perfectly. Bold, beautiful jewel tones all around!

Bling was everywhere tonight! Helen Mirren and Hayden Panettiere had big sparkly brooches adorning their bustlines. If tassels are your thing, look to the Ellens: DeGeneres had a softer version, and Pompeo sported a more defined pair of tassels. Meanwhile, Portia de Rossi had a sultry jewel-encrusted snake slithering around her neck, and Lisa Rinna accentuated her up-to-there slit with some strategically-placed bling.
