June. Junio. Giugno. Juin. Juni. There you have it in five languages. "It" being my favorite month - ever. Seriously, it's the beginning of Summer, the sun has come out to play, and I'm feelin' fine. June is also a prime month for me because of the super June sales! Though I usually already have my Summer stock by now, one can always use more tanks, sandals, and swims. Interestingly, this month's musts are all little sparkly things, a couple pairs of pants, and my new baby: my very first non-vintage Bottega! Feels like butta.

Who Wore It Better? Pucci Beaded Snake Dress

When Zoe Saldana wore Pucci's Fall '09 beaded snake dress to the Star Trek premiere, she melted my heart. Or, shall I say, she electrocuted it. Her Brian Atwood Wicked shoes made everything even hotter. Sharon Stone must have seen the effect the dress had on Zoe, because she took the blue version with her to the Cannes Film Festival. She wore her dress with matching blue strappy sandals and a gold clutch. Both actresses pulled off Peter Dundas's galactic design, but who wore it better?

Look Book Love: Pucci's Summer Lovin'

Pucci was born to be wild. Even the name is fun to say. Matthew Williamson has since departed the house, but what he left was a sizzling Summer collection. Green and blue psychedelic prints abound, with the occasional flirtatious burst of pink. Then there's the one technicolor surprise that has already inspired a party outfit. All these worn by one flexible model has me wondering: Is it Summer yet?

It's long, fitted, and black - almost Morticia Addams-style - but has white panels on both sides and some sequins up top. And check out that huge keyhole in the back. Do you love or hate?

This Week's Fab Favorite: Zoe Saldana

We knew this was coming. The galactic Star Trek star has been flashing fantastic fashion at every one of her promotional events. Zoe is a not just a star - she is a shooting star. And Pucci! A girl after my own heart. Here she is - you couldn't miss her -at the LA premiere of the sci-fi film. A lot of people looked awesome, but Zoe really awed.The black beaded dress with snake-like detail slithering around her bod even has a couple cutouts; it's multidimensional. And her "Wicked" Brian Atwood shoes look like mini Enterprises, not too mention they're sexy as hell. A big round glittering cocktail ring and ball drop earrings provided the perfect amount of sparkle - not that Zoe needed any more. What a knock out.

Fab Ad: Emilio Pucci Fall 2008

Mariacarla Boscono plus Emilio Pucci's Fall campaign equals perfection. The Italian model was the right choice for the label's latest ads. Her raven hair provides nice contrast against Pucci's psychedelic prints. From extravagant maxi dresses to fur to head scarves, every shot in this campaign shines. And the backdrop - an extravagant house easily mistakable for a museum - is just as integral as Mariacarla and the clothes. A grand piano, Roman statues, marble floors . . . need I say more? It's a shame Pucci might loose Matthew Williamson's vision but what do you think?
