Sarah Burton took the dramatic route for Alexander McQueen's latest set of Fall ads, featuring Raquel Zimmermann. Shot by David Sims, the apocalyptic setting depicts a glowing Raquel wearing Burton's intricately designed pieces for the fashion house. The contrast between the dark (desolate valleys and burnt ashes) and light (Burton's highly artistic designs) surely catches our attention - do you agree? Raquel Zimmermann Gets Down and Dirty For Alexander Wang's Fall Ad

If looking at Alexander Wang's Fall ad conjures up dark thoughts in your mind, you're on the right track. “We wanted something really gritty and raw to contrast with the polished richness of what we showed on the Fall runway,” said Wang. The ad, shot in Red Hook, Brooklyn, features beauty Raquel Zimmermann in wet motion wearing Wang's Streamer dress inside an abandoned grain factory. However, NYC dwellers can check out the live action tonight when Wang takes over the city, (around 9 p.m.), with a series of projections showing the video campaign juxtaposed across a variety of locations for three straight nights. For Yves Saint Laurent's Fall campaign, Stefano Pilati chose Raquel Zimmermann to face off for the brand posing stealth in a menswear-inspired getup. Take a look at the first released image, shot by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, of Zimmermann working slick masculine appeal. Sleek trousers and a printed jacket go perfect with her short 'do, and take note of the NYC backdrop. Getting action on a car has never looked as desirable as it does for Gucci's pre-Fall ads. Brazilian hottie Raquel Zimmermann and Puerto Rican Joan Smalls put on their sexy masks and rev up our engines with their sultry poses. Their neutral-colored ensembles blend in yet pop at the same time, and that old-fashioned sports car looks mighty fine in contrast to the hot desert sand. It's nothing but pure beauty all around. Side note: doesn't Raquel resemble Kate Moss in these Just Cavalli ads?
