What looks to be fluttery organza squares on the bottom half of her gown is offset with fancy lace detailing up top. Found! Rachel Bilson's Feathered Clutch

We're so accustomed to seeing Rachel Bilson in laid back clothing that when I saw her on the Whitney Art Auction red carpet in her tighter-than-tight Herve Leger number, my jaw dropped. It was as if I was seeing an Herve Leger dress for the first time. When I was finally able to peel my eyes off the dress, I focused on her beautiful Romanek "The Celeste” feathered clutch.
