At last night's MTV Movie Awards, a short hemline ruled the evening, as everyone from Kristen Stewart to Mila Kunis showed serious amounts of leg. Two women put their best leg forward with rompers. Cameron Diaz looked long, lean, and chic in her 3.1 Phillip Lim romper, while 13-year-old Elle Fanning went for a more innocent and fresh look in her D&G romper. While they both went for the same style, the looks are distinct and respectively age-appropriate. It just goes to show you that the romper can be a versatile piece. Celebs have been seen strutting around in sexy versions of the one-piece garments, but moms can find fun, ruffled, and floral versions for their tots. Using Liberty of London prints, and some traditional smocking, these long pant versions of the classic romper, give lil ones a polished, put together look, without having to worry about shirts coming untucked while they play.
