There's no stopping the Jonas brothers. Somewhere between performing sold-out concerts and flying around the country with Molly, the brothers found time to share their cool style with the masses by creating a cute clothing line for tweens. The line, named Jonas, is inspired by the brothers' fictional TV show, soon to be debuted on the Disney channel.

In hopes of rejuvenating store sales, Sears tapped hip-hop mogul LL Cool J to launch an apparel line named LL Cool J For Sears. Irv Neger, Sears' senior vice president of apparel seems hopeful stating, "If all goes as planned, the LL Cool J brand would be a boost for the store's 'softer side'."
The higher-priced, casual sportswear collection ranges from $22 to $50 and is set to launch in 600 stores by the holiday season.

As the Fall season rolls around, celebrity designers (coined by WWD as delebrities), will be judged. With stores constantly on the hunt for the hottest commodity, it comes as no surprise that Hollywood entertainers like LL Cool J, Avril Lavigne, and Rachel Bilson are eager to get a cut of the action. LL Cool J for Sears, Abbey Dawn for Kohl's by Avril Lavigne, and Rachel Bilson's Edie Rose for DKNY Jeans will soon hit stores.

UPDATE: Steve & Barry's have officially went under and has filed a voluntary Chapter 11 petition in Manhattan bankruptcy court.

Here I am, fresh from the Chanel opening on Roberston Boulevard in LA. And boy do I have lots to dish. The store was very cool: Peter Marino designed, white block motif, outdoor courtyard, two levels, life size Chanel shoes and bags reminiscent of the Fall collection, mannequins wearing pieces from Chanel Paris-Londres Métiers d’Art Collection, bubbly flowing and PYTs galore.
