Oooh . . . It's like Uggs for your laptop. These faux-shearling-lined laptop portfolios from See Jane Work (on sale for $62) have funky exteriors and cozy interiors. I know I would get distracted touching the soft fluffies instead of getting work done on my laptop. But I kind of have an Ugg feeling about these in general. . . That is, totally conflicted about them. How about you?

Love From Australia Suede Over-the-Knee Boot: Love It or Hate It?

UGG boots are bulky enough with all that thick shearling, but when you add ribbons and more height, it's just too much. I can't see myself, or anyone else for that matter, pulling off Love From Australia's Vixen Suede Over-the-Knee Boot ($400). Deriving inspiration from craftsmen - mechanics, cobblers, and (much more obviously) leathermen, Cynthia Rowley's own Fall craftsmanship honed in on these artists with a succinctly modern and much sportier interpretation. Save for denim on denim suiting or brilliant colored leather, there's not too much literal interpretation, but rather a cool collection of womanly, curve-conscious design married with menswear-inspired structure. We're treated to bold all-over prints washed over body-skimming sheaths, skinny pants, and even gloves. And while a tougher, boxier leather jacket lined in shearling might pin point to Rowley's craftsmen influences, what takes shape is definitively feminine.

Trends: Colored leather, abstract prints, menswear.
Colors: Blue, black, maroon, orange, olive green, gray, white.
