Two New Celebrity Footwear Collections on the Horizon

On the footwear front today, the unstoppable Nicole Richie has released exclusive images of her Spring '10 House of Harlow footwear collection. The shoes, set to debut in January at My-Wardrobe.com, stay true to her bohemian aesthetic featuring chunky platforms and Navajo-inspired detailing. Prices are to be determined.

In addition, rumor has it Victoria Beckham will be adding a footwear collection to her covetable VB clothing collection. "Victoria is tired of promoting other brands. If she wears Christian Louboutin or Hermès people go and buy it. She thought, 'Why can't I do this with my own line?'", said a friend of Victoria Beckham. Of course, hottie husband David Beckham supports her new venture offering to build her a design workshop. Tell me, would you be interested?

I've always been a fan of Chucks. They're comfy, iconically cool, and perfect for kickback days. You can imagine my excitement when found out I can make my own personalized pair with the brand's new custom creator tool. All you have to do is pick a style, choose a color or print, pick embellishments, and sign your name on the dotted line - voila! Hot off the heels of their H&M Fall look book, Jimmy Choo has more shoe news. Goodie. The brand is launching Choo 24/7, a capsule collection of bestsellers updated with new colors and finishes. The 28-styles will be revealed this week at Milan Fashion Week then ready for the taking in January in Jimmy Choo stand-alone units and high end department stores. These won't be any cheaper than existing Choos - prices range from $395 for a simple flat to $1,200 for the Glenys gladiator stiletto (pictured). However, Jimmy Choo’s founder and president, Tamara Mellon, can help you rationalize that purchase: “We think of these shoes as investment pieces, timeless pieces, part of a wardrobe that every woman needs."
