Back in June, when I met Donna Karan, she did a lot of shoulder talk. Her gorgeous Fall collection consisted of two shoulder opposites: the structured shoulder and the cold shoulder. We've been seeing a lot of shoulder love thanks to celebrities like Victoria Beckham and Rihanna and due to designers Balmain and Marc Jacobs.
