Not only has Marc Jacobs paid tribute to artist Stephen Sprouse, so has Patricia Field. The stylist has come out with a line of graffiti-print items, including this Field Salutes Sprouse Club Skirt ($86). It's definitely not for the timid, but even if you're not shy, would you wear this?

By now, you've seen Louis Vuitton's Stephen Sprouse collection and gone behind the seams of the big bash. Now it's time to bring it home.

eLuxury currently houses the LV Stephen Sprouse line but one piece in particular stood out: this Louis Vuitton Sprouse Collection Grafitti Monogram Sarong ($365). Well, it wasn't hard considering the neon green writing. It's not cheap, but considering it's a limited-edition piece and a tribute to an iconic '80s artist, it's a sound investment.

Louis Vuitton and Marc Jacobs threw a big bash as a tribute to artist Stephen Sprouse. You may recall that Marc designed an entire graffiti-inspired collection in honor of the man. Unfortunately, the deceased Sprouse couldn't be there to greet his guests, but his presence was certainly felt. Models Agyness Deyn, Chanel Iman, Arlenis Sosa, and Erin Wasson, as well as actresses Brooke Shields and Molly Sims, all convened at the LV store in SoHo, then moved the festivities to the Bowery Ballroom. Debbie Harry sang, neon lights glowed, and the fun went on and on . . .

Sneak Peek! Marc Jacobs's Homage to Stephen Sprouse

Try to peel your eyes of Marc Jacobs's glistening bod and focus on the bag.

The graffiti prints and Day-Glo colors are all part of the Louis Vuitton's limited-edition capsule collection honoring the late Stephen Sprouse.

In his homage, Jacobs uses Sprouse's famous graffiti and rose prints to create a pop art collection of bags, footwear, and clothes. “It’s this idea of a head-to-toe look in this brash, neon, rock ’n’ roll, edgy, street-informed style," said Jacobs. Sprouse really best personified it.”

The exclusive collection debuts next month along with a special website dedicated to Sprouse dubbed welovesprouse.com. The site, set to go live Dec. 15., will feature cool interviews from people who knew Sprouse and their commentary on how he influenced fashion and art.

On Our Radar: Marc Jacobs Graffitis Louis Vuitton

Marc Jacobs was so smitten by his 2001 collaboration with designer and artist Stephen Sprouse that he has created a capsule collection in his honor.

“I totally channeled Stephen,” Jacobs said of the Louis Vuitton line, which includes t-shirts, dresses, sunglasses, bracelets, a towel, and a sweatband.

Sprouse passed away in 2004, but his streetwise aesthetic and Day-Glo graffiti were highly popular in the '80s. Another "very Sprouse" item includes a custom-made skateboard and skateboard case which is going to be up for auction.
