Just when I was fearing a safe season of LBDs, Chloe walked the printed carpet in head-to-toe mint green Balenciaga. Phew! She stood out at the 12th Annual ACE Awards: Accessories Council Honors Fashion Influencers in an easy silk T-shirt dress, a rhinestone choker, nude swirly sandals, and a saucy metallic clutch. I covet her undone hair and her comfy chic look. If I were wearing a complete Balenciaga outfit, I would be at ease, too.

A Quick and Cool Mummy DIY Halloween Costume

Instead of purchasing an expensive Halloween costume this year, we suggest you stretch out those DIY fingers and make your own. To help you get inspired, we teamed up with Holy Tee designer Michelle Zacks - purveyor of the most incredibly soft tees, skirts, and dresses you can imagine - to make our very own mummy costume out of, you guessed it, t-shirts. Not only was it super easy to put together, the results, as you can see, were amazing. All you need are a bunch of old tees or a t-shirt pack, a ruler, scissors, camisole, and leggings or biker shorts, depending on how much coverage you want. We used a white tee for our DIY, but you can always opt for black tees or stain your white t-shirts with fake blood or dirt to mix things up. Ready to make your very own mummy for Halloween? David Beckham carried his baby daughter, Harper, out of a building in LA today! Her happy mom, Victoria, followed closely behind with a friend. Harper looked very much like her mother's daughter decked out in a sweet dress, a headband, and stockings. While in NYC for Fashion Week, Victoria and Harper shopped at Prada among other high-end stores, and the little one may have already inherited her mom's well-known taste for posh clothes. Victoria, however, was dressed for comfort this afternoon, and left the offices in a simple tee shirt, just like David.

Christian Siriano Spring 2012

With Heidi Klum, Nina Garcia, and Elle's Joe Zee in the front row, former Project Runway winner Christian Siriano sent out his strongest collection to date, one that balanced his flair for dramatic dresses with easy, seriously wearable separates. Yes, there were frothy cocktail dresses and massive, tulle-laden gowns made for the red carpet. But the pleasant surprise came via sleek silk maxi skirts paired with t-shirts, and cropped silk pants with cape blouses. Done in brilliant color pairings like acid green and peach, it was impactful but subtle. With a covetable line of shoes for retail giant Payless (see the latest in the slideshow), it's clear Siriano is no flash in the pan, and this latest collection suggests his best work is yet to come.

Trends: Maxi skirts, tulle, long layering.

Sneak Peek of Stella McCartney Kids' Fall/Winter Collection

Designers take note: Stella McCartney has the perfect recipe for transforming a high-end adult line into a coveted kids collection. Adding playful elements to well-made clothes, and working hard to keep the prices in line with some national chains (ranging from $20 for a t-shirt to $150 for a wool coat), the mom of four continues churning out pieces that leave fashion-minded mamas drooling.

This morning, I visited the London-based designer's New York showroom and was blown away by the upcoming fun and functional Fall collection. With playful pieces, such as hoodies that transform into masks and glow-in-the dark tees, and mini me versions of some of Stella McCartney's more popular runway looks (a rhinestone sweatsuit, denim dress and sleek wool coat), the line is filled with age-appropriate items ranging from infant to age 12 that both tots and parents can get behind (don't forget that many petite mamas bought larger pieces from Stella's GapKids collection for themselves!). Quick Stain-Fighting Tips For Untimely Disasters

No matter how hard we try to keep clean, stains happen to the best of us. They usually occur at the most inopportune time landing on some of our favorite tees, sweaters, and fashion god forbid, white dresses. That said, we compiled a list of tried and true easy stain fighting tips from designers, clothing care gurus, and fellow editors. Now if only we could look just as glamorous as Lily Donaldson and Gemma Ward, seen here in Vogue, while cleaning our clothes . . .

Oil stains (pizza, grease, sauce): Grab a white absorbent cloth and place under the stain. Create a solution with two tablespoons of dish wash soap, like Palmolive, and one tablespoon of white vinegar. Dab the stain lightly until it breaks down and passes through into cloth, and then flush with lukewarm water. - John Mahdessian, Madame Paulette
