Grecian style dresses made a bold statement on the red carpet last night, and I must say, I loved every last one of them. From Drew's elegant draped white Christian Dior to Eva's embellished navy Emanuel Ungaro, all six of these leading ladies were dressed to impress. Loose hair and simple makeup completed these looks, but where were all the fabulous jewels we are used to seeing? That said, great job on the red carpet lovelies!

Reese Witherspoon showed off her blunt bangs when she arrived at a Paris airport this morning. She's in Europe after spending the past month at home in LA, where she's been logging time with husband Jim Toth and stepping out for various Hollywood functions. Reese wore Zac Posen to the Golden Globes, and her hot red gown was among your picks for the best at the show. Her arrival in France is timed to coincide with Couture Fashion Week, and pal Cameron Diaz has been in town enjoying the festivities since Monday. Reese and Cameron shared a girls' night in California back in December, and now with Gwyneth Paltrow in Paris as well, they can all possibly reconnect for some French fun. Reese has something to celebrate, too, now that she's been signed to star opposite Ryan Reynolds in Big Eyes.

Madonna Goes Bold to Premiere W.E. and Celebrates Her Oscar Nomination

Madonna stepped out in an over-the-top Marchesa dress for the NYC premiere of W.E. last night. It was a wise dress choice for Madonna - Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman is married to Harvey Weinstein, who produced Madonna's film. Madonna even gave Harvey a shout-out when she accepted her Golden Globe for best song. Director Madonna took her film's stars, Andrea Riseborough and James D'Arcy, down the red carpet, which also hosted Julia Stiles and Ivanka Trump.

Madonna's fashion choices tend to make headlines, and with the help of Arianne Phillips, W.E. was nominated for an Oscar for best costume design this morning. In addition to an Academy Award appearance, Madonna has added Super Bowl Sunday to her schedule. She has the honor of doing this year's half-time performance.

How to Work Bright Hues Into Your Makeup Routine (And Wardrobe, Too)

Bold colors in clothing can make your makeup choices a little dicey. Should you balance a vivid shade with pops of color in the eyes and lips, or go neutral, as not to look too silly? Recently I styled starlet Camilla Belle's makeup for the Art of Elysium event. She wore a beautiful, bright yellow dress that gave me pause in terms of makeup. My first instinct was to do a bright lip and pale skin. I then decided that the yellow should be the only color, and that everything else should be crisp, but neutral.

For the cheeks and lips I wanted to go with Camilla's natural lip color, just a little more vivid: too pink and it would be too sweet/little girl, and too plum it would be kind of Easter-y. To accomplish this, I used Maybelline Dream Mousse in Soft Plum on the cheeks, and Tarte LipSurgence in Enchanted on the lips. It was the perfect way to let the yellow dress take center stage, all while keeping the face from looking low-watt. Want to play with color, too?
