In case you haven't noticed: fedoras are back! However, weren't these popular like a year ago? Maybe this is just the preferred shield against the paparazzi photogs. I showed you one a couple months ago when we were looking at menswear inspired accessories and here they are. Go figure. What I like about this borrowed-from-the-boys hat is it can be both tropical, Havana-style, or mysterious, Cary Grant-style. What do you all think. Are fedoras still cool?

Celebrity Style: Britney Spears

Britney is looking so much happier and healthy lately - she looks a bit like Jessica Simpson here, no? They both love their Southern style hats and boots, and Britney's bod is shaping up nicely too! She was gallivanting around last weekend smiling for the cameras; I just hope that smile is for real and not for show.

Announcing the 2011 James Beard Award Winners!

After months of media buzz, the winners of this year's James Beard Awards are in. The awards - which are being bestowed upon the nation's top chefs thisveryminute by the likes of Tom Colicchio, Ming Tsai, and Traci Des Jardins - are taking place at a star-studded gala in New York's Lincoln Center.

As for the winners: José Andrés was predicted to take home the Outstanding Chef Award, which he did - while Eleven Madison Park in New York City took home the year's award for best restaurant. To see the most updated list of accolades, keep reading.
