Forever 21 Lingerie Tee: Love It or Hate It?

As of late, many gals have been wearing their lacy lingerie over tees. I've seen it work and I've seen it flop. Forever 21 is capitalizing on the trend by creating this Twelve by Twelve Lingerie Tee ($14, originally $28). That way, you don't actually have to do the work of layering. Is this something you would rock or is it too '80s for you?

Cheap & Chic: Lightweight Summer Jackets

Unless your city is burning up 24/7 in the summertime, a lightweight jacket is necessary. It can shield you from the slight wind and can likewise be part of your outfit's appeal. A win-win for sure. Below are a handful of affordable lightweight jackets stylish enough to wear all day and night. Neutrals, colors, drawstrings, ruffles, swing collars, dolman sleeves - take your pick. This Twelve by Twelve Studded Short Sleeve Jacket ($39) is the one for me. Part badass, part femme, all perfecto. Only, I would wear it unbuttoned.

Forever 21's Luxury Line Now Online!

Back in June, we announced Forever 21's plans to come out with a luxury line, Twelve by Twelve. Good news Fab ladies, that times has finally come. Twelve by Twelve is open for business, both in stores and online. The prices are still relatively cheap but definitely pricier than the regular Forever 21 line. Fab Flash: Forever 21 Adds New Luxury Line

Forever 21 has had such success in the fast fashion business, it's expanding to include a new more sophisticated, more cohesive line: Twelve by Twelve. The Twelve by Twelve collection features everything from faux leopard fur coats to empire dresses and cocktail dresses. Not to worry if you're a fan of the Forever 21 prices; the new line has no piece over $100. The twelvebytwelve.com website will be launched later this month, followed by 10 to 15 in-store boutiques at already existing Forever 21 stores. By fall, a stand-alone Twelve by Twelve shop will be opened at the Beverly Center in Los Angeles. This new line is perfect for those of you who love Forever 21 low prices but have sophisticated taste!

Fab Flash: Sienna and Savannah Miller Expand Twenty8Twelve

It's been a while since Sienna and Savannah Miller's Twenty8Twelve debut. Their collection of subtly tough, slightly sweet menswear-inspired clothes have proven to be a success, so much that the sisters have decided to expand into accessories. This Fall, the label will deliver a 12-piece collection of leather totes, wallets, and clutches. From soft palma leather to glossy leathers embossed with crocodile and elephant textures, the surfaces sound as interesting as the sisters. And the colors? As you can see they too are experimental. The offerings include black and brown crocodile-looking leathers; patent leathers in Oxblood, a burnished red and flag, a rich blue. And of course there's a super-shiny black patent for those fans of the British fashion dark side.

What does the lovely Sienna have to say about the expansion? "I love bags - who doesn't?" And as well as bags, we'll see wide leather belts, leather gloves, and silk scarves by Twenty8Twelve.

You all know I've been diligently following sister team Sienna and Savannah Miller and their clothing line Twenty8Twelve. Their clothes are designed for the fashion forward and pulling it off can be kind of tricky. Take for instance, the Twenty8Twelve By S Miller Stretch Skinny Jean With Triple Side Zip Trim ($400). I kind of like the toughness of these jeans and all its zippered glory. Do you think these jeans are hot or should they be left in the cold?

Last night, Sienna and her sister Savannah launched the debut Spring 2008 collection of their line Twenty8Twelve. The inspiration for the new collection? "Patti Smith, Keith Richards, free-thinking, radical people who aren't influenced by others," Sienna told Instyle.

Guests like Anne Hathaway, Lily Donaldson, Agyness Deyn, and Rachel Zoe mingled with the Miller sisters atop the Gramercy Park Hotel in New York City. Wish I could have been there...

On Our Radar: More Details on Twenty8Twelve!

Finally, more beans have been spilled about Sienna's clothing line with her sister, Twenty8Twelve! The Fall collection will be available exclusively at Bergdorf's in New York, Neiman's in Los Angeles, and Holt Renfrew in Canada. Look out for printed silk dresses, denim jeans, cotton tees and tanks, tailored pants, cropped tuxedo jackets, canvas trenches, and leather bomber jackets. Here's a taste:

The first Twenty8Twelve boutique is planned for London's Notting Hill area, and is expected to open in September.

We can always count on Rihanna to deliver fresh goods. The singer did some shopping in LA - here leaving Opening Ceremony - and looked flawless, head to toe. She funked up classic pearls by pairing them with a men's style chambray shirt. To retain femininity, she wore a Twenty8Twelve mini linen skirt, nude sandals, and matching white jewelry. Not the most comfortable way to shop, but certainly the most stylish.
