Forever 21's sister Twelve by Twelve has just released its latest look book Couture in Bloom. With a name like that, you can imagine, there's no shortage of florals, ruffles, pastels, pearls, tulle, and lace. It's a beautiful scene, really. Incredibly fashionable yet wearable, too.
