This week, US Magazine declared its Hot Hollywood crowd of 2008. To celebrate, the mag threw a big bash, and naturally, the hotties followed. Whitney Port rocked a spunky '80s ensemble; Blake went her signature menswear route; Becki complemented the carpet in a refined blue Yves Saint Laurent frock; Vanessa Hudgens worked sequins in a Kaufman Franco mini; and Olivia Palermo chose a sophisticated black and white tuxedo blazer.

This week's celebrities were all about pretty party dresses and cuddly statement pieces. Fab newbie Paula Patton showed off her refined taste, while style veteran Sienna Miller, wowed us with a warm Winter look. However, the Fab fave goes to Thandie Newton, who floored me with an immaculate red carpet look.

Last night's Project Runway challenge wasn't necessarily the hardest, but it was the most pressure-filled. It was the last stop before Bryant Park — the remaining five designers were asked to create a look inspired by the Getty Museum in LA. Art, architecture, nature, and furniture all provided fodder for their work.

I don't foresee myself walking down the aisle anytime soon, but that won't stop me from peeping at the latest bridal fashions from Jenny Packham, Vera Wang, Reem Acra, Monique Lhuillier, and Temperley London. For Fall '10, the designers supplied us with an abundance of fabulous, frothy layers of tulles, taffeta, lace, and ruffles. However, what really caught my eye were a surprising selection of fancy short frocks and even black dresses – who dares?

It's time for all of us to step in and help on this one. A friend was recently diagnosed with an eye infection and has to wear her glasses for two weeks — starting today. That means she has to wear them on Halloween.

I recently gushed how cool it is my mom is getting back into sewing. She already knits me amazing scarves, hats, and ponchos, but now she can make me clothes. And costumes!

I've always admired AllSaints' slick leather jackets and cool coats from afar, but now that the London-based retailer is expanding into the US, it's on. “The consumer in London is very similar to the consumer in New York, Los Angeles and Tokyo,” said Paul McAdam, of AllSaints North America. The brand just launched a US e-commerce site this week, and also plans on opening 30 to 50 stores across the US, beginning with one in LA and Miami by the end of this year, followed by two locations in NYC in the Spring.
