The top portion just looks very cheap to me for some reason. The color is great on her though and her hair looks great and her makeup is nice. I don't like the shoe with the dress. I don't know if the shoes looked better together with the dress in person but photographed it just looks off. Like a faded old pair of shoes.

18It bothers me that I can't see the intricate necklace under that unwieldy mass of hair. Because of that, I think it makes her look short-waisted and the skirt is adding unnecessary poundage to her lower half. With better styling, it could have worked.

24she's one of the few that look just perfectly fab for this event! her look is fun and perfect for the teen choice awards! the color is fresh and pairing it with closed toe pumps and wearing her hair down keep the look from being way too sexy. i agree with fab, the sheerness in the top add a hint of sexy. overall, the look is great!
