The ones who made the cut need not have one particular fashion forte — they only need perennial style. Representing Hollywood are red-carpet queens Penelope Cruz, Anne Hathaway, Reneé Zellweger, Kelly Ripa, and Alicia Keys.

Kind of a weird list to me. (Except for a few staples--Anne and Penelope and the First ladies etc.)
