Vanity Fair's 2009 International Best-Dressed list has been released, and it includes actors, models, designers, politicians, royalty, and socialites. The ones who made the cut need not have one particular fashion forte — they only need perennial style. Representing Hollywood are red-carpet queens Penelope Cruz, Anne Hathaway, Reneé Zellweger, Kelly Ripa, and Alicia Keys.

Wahoo — the 2009 Cannes Film Festival has begun! It was just reported the lavish festival will be toned down this year — Vanity Fair dismissed its black-tie annual and Louis Vuitton didn't book its usual table at the amfAR dinner — but we can still expect fashion on the red carpet from the likes of Diane Kruger, Penelope Cruz, and the enigmatic Tilda Swinton.
Tilda is up first for your judging pleasure.
