I can't think of a chicer way to stay warm right now than velvet leggings. They're cozy and luxurious, a more mature cousin of the
liquid legging. These

Don't know where my original comment went but...if you like these leggings check out the ones by Members Only. They have different colors (mine are dark blue) and you can either fold the top down or wear them highrise. Very comfy!

3The picture above is just awful. Those boots are a terrible choice with those heavy looking leggings.
4Superninja, I was wondering what was off about that picture. I mean, I think velvet leggings are cute, but they looked really unflattering with those boots. That being said, I'm going to buy the forever21 ones because chances are, if I buy a pair, I'll only wear them once.
