Just in time for the holidays, I'm drawing on Jessica Stam's showstopping sequins in Vogue Russia to inspire you to create an outfit that sizzles. It's not the season for wallflower dressing, so make it extra dazzling. Give me sequins, color, lace, and tulle, and style me up in something spectacular for the holiday season. Dresses, skirts, trousers, blouses - the possibilities are endless and exciting!

In case you haven't noticed, the '70s are back with a vengeance. But we're not talking hippie florals and peace signs - this time the look is purely chic. In Vogue Russia's November issue, American beauty Hilary Rhoda exudes that groovy glam vibe with modern effortlessness. Granted, the styling is a bit over-the-top, but take a few lessons from it: denim and camel go exceptionally well, turquoise jewelry is Fab, and there's nothing more luxurious than faux fur. I'm in desperate need of a new pair of cozy gloves (or two!). I don't live in snow, but my hands still manage to freeze every morning. I'm not too picky about style - I'd rather see where your imagination takes you. But I will say, there's nothing more sexy than a buttery leather glove that smothers the hands. Oh, and I don't want anything super sporty or ridiculously expensive.

Vogue Cover Girl Penelope Cruz Heats Up a Red-Hot Pirates Premiere

Penelope Cruz greeted fans and press in a beautiful red gown at today's Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides premiere in Munich. It's the latest stop on Penelope's round-the-world tour, which has so far taken her from the US to Russia, Britain, France, and now Germany. She's had the company of her good-looking costar Johnny Depp for the majority of the trip, though her husband, Javier Bardem, has yet to join her on any carpets. Penelope did, though, speak about Javier and their young son, Leo, in the upcoming June issue of Vogue. Penelope Cruz actually started crying during the Vogue interview, as she was overcome with emotion while talking about her love for baby Leo.
