The studly vest is an elusive thing. It can be rocker, it can be bohemian, it can be Balmain! Or all of the above for Beyonce with Jay-Z in España. Without her fierce vest, B's outfit would have been ho-hum, but she knows the power of this slice of style. I'm thinking a studded vest is the perfect piece for a Summer concert, or - if you're feeling experimental - throw one over a bikini for a rebellious beach party look. Work it, own it . . .

Trend Alert: Olive Green Jackets

Baby, it's cold outside, but that shouldn't stop you from looking stylishly warm. Just take a gander at Gwyneth Paltrow, spotted on her way to lunch in London. Her olive green jacket is quintessentially chic. This warm color gives off a cool, militant vibe and goes with any ensemble. Pair it with skinny black pants and boots right now and with a flirty frock in the Spring. I actually own four and wouldn't have it any other way.

FABTV: "My Name Is William Rast, and This Is My Life"

The Justin Timberlake William Rast videos, with model Erin Wasson as girlfriend and partner-in-crime, are unfolding. Here are three, back-to-back, to help you get to know William Rast. Timberlake will be performing twice during Fashion Week - at Fashion Rocks and his William Rast runway show. JT is trying to get in with the fashion folks for sure.

For me, William and lover kinda fall flat. Is it me or are they trying too hard? Too hard to be cool? They look great on camera, duh, and the cinematography is eerily interesting. But the smoking, swearing, cuts and bruises, rugged styles, and foreshadowing of a doomed relationship are too obvious. I hope the remaining videos are more action-packed and we see what kind of trouble these two beautiful people get into. Also, the lighting is dark and moody; makes for a dramatic effect but we can't really see the clothes.

Fab Flash: Justin Timberlake Does Fashion Week Right

It's been a while since Justin Timberlake showed his William Rast collection during fashion week. Two years to be exact. And, his last show was presented in Los Angeles. Naturally there is big buzz about a William Rast show being presented next month in New York, especially when Timberlake himself is slated to perform. Justin is scheduled to perform twice that week: first at Fashion Rocks on Sept. 5, and two days later at the Rast show as his models walk the runway. Talk about adding a little spring to one's step! Here's to hoping the upcoming collection is a success, as the current William Rast could use some love. I'm just sayin.'

LA Fashion Week: William Rast

One of our favorites here at Sugar, Justin Timberlake, premiered his "Street Sexy" William Rast clothing line last night during LA Fashion Week. Here's more

On the runway, there were skinny jeans for men and women, topped with tanks or muscle shirts. There were also country-inspired checkered shirts for men decorated with ruffles or leather details. Some were shown with ascots.

Women's styles included cropped cardigans, shrunken sweaterdresses and puffy-sleeved blouses with bows at the neck.

Later, dressier attire had a soundtrack of Nine Inch Nails and N.E.R.D. (Timberlake is said to have spent months picking the show's playlist.) Men wore plaid blazers with attached leather vests over slim-fitting slacks. Accessories were key as each outfit was adorned with oversized belt buckles or chunky pendants. One was a skull, another looked like a grenade.

Party dresses for women were funky and flirty. One ice-blue shift was dangerously low cut, with strands of pearls serving as safety straps. Another featured a shredded scoop neck bedazzled with tiny rhinestones. A polka-dotted, 1950s-style dress had a full skirt, puffy sleeves and a black ribbon belt.

Cameron's Cute Jeans

Last Thursday on Popsugar, we posted a pic of Cameron Diaz sporting a newly dark 'do. But Fabsugar readers were more interested in where to get her hot jeans. Not surprisingly, the jeans are from boyfriend Justin Timberlake's clothing line, William Rast. Cameron, who's a big denim fan, thinks the jeans make her butt look perfect.

The pair she's wearing look to be the William Rast Savoy Ultra Low Trouser in Evening. You can buy a pair for $233 here.

FABTV: The New House of Style

Where were you Saturday at 3 p.m.? I was in a limo on my way to my bridesmaid debut, so I missed the premiere of the new House of Style on MTV. You can catch up on MTV's website, but here's the first (and best) clip, I think. Other segments include going inside model Jessica Stam's closet, Chanel Iman (HOS correspondent) explaining geek chic (kinda awkward), a Fab dinner party with Erin Fetherston, and a cameo by Justin Timberlake and his William Rast line. They also took us through the top 10 trends of Spring. They really packed a lot in. OK, nothing can ever be as good as the original with Cindy Crawford as host. Let's just get that out of the way. MTV is totally different today. The show partnered up with Teen Vogue, so it's very youthful and snap edited. I quite like the friendship bracelet DIY with Mary Kate Steinmiller and Charlotte Ronson. Host Bar Refaeli in the multiple bikinis is weird, but gorgeous nonetheless. Make your own deductions, but you have to admit it's fun and entertaining.

Fab Flash: IMG Announces Designers Showing at Fashion Week

Some designers have opted out of Bryant Park this year, but that won't stop it from being the biggest New York Fashion Week destination. IMG has just announced a partial list of designers set to show at the iconic location come February, and it's packed with heavy hitters. Thus far, the list includes Diane von Furstenberg, BCBGMAXAZRIA (left), Carolina Herrera, and Calvin Klein to name a few.
