If looking at Alexander Wang's Fall ad conjures up dark thoughts in your mind, you're on the right track. “We wanted something really gritty and raw to contrast with the polished richness of what we showed on the Fall runway,” said Wang. The ad, shot in Red Hook, Brooklyn, features beauty Raquel Zimmermann in wet motion wearing Wang's Streamer dress inside an abandoned grain factory. If you're loving the grimy and gorgeous imagery, check out Wang's complete video campaign tomorrow morning at AlexanderWang.com. However, NYC dwellers can check out the live action tonight when Wang takes over the city, (around 9 p.m.), with a series of projections showing the video campaign juxtaposed across a variety of locations for three straight nights. Miranda Kerr stepped out solo yesterday to shop at the store Zimmerman in LA. The busy mom was making the retail rounds without her 4-month-old son Flynn during a break from her various modeling jobs. She's been doing lots of press for Victoria's Secret, and we caught up with her at a recent lunch to learn all about Miranda Kerr's postbaby fitness secrets. Miranda also spoke about her diet, saying she follows the "80 percent healthy, 20 percent indulgent" rule. Her husband, Orlando Bloom, has been occupied with his own fashion endeavor. He teamed up with Uniqlo, for whom he's modeled in the past, to design a t-shirt for Japan relief along with Lady Gaga, Blake Lively, and other stars.

Coming Soon: New Fragrances from Gucci and Karl Lagerfeld

Luxury addicts will soon have their noses in the air-not to look down on people, but to smell two forthcoming fragrances. Karl Lagerfeld, who designs Chanel, has teamed up with Coty to create a signature line of fragrances. No word yet on when it will be ready for public consumption, but if I have to, I'll track down the ponytailed designer myself to find out!

If you can't wait for eau de Lagerfeld, you'll merely have to count down until October to smell Gucci by Gucci. The new fragrance is meant for women, but according to WWD, it has notes usually found in masculine scents: Top notes of patchouli, honey and musk; middle notes of Tahitian Tiare flower, orange blossom and spider lily; and top notes of guava, raspberry and pear.

A 1.6 oz. eau de parfum will retail for $80 and the 2.5 oz. size for $100. A body lotion ($48), and a shower gel ($40) complement the parfums. And when Gucci launches a fragrance, they really launch a fragrance!
