Louis Vuitton threw a party in New York to celebrate the launch of the 40th anniversary of the lunar landing. Any reason to party, right? A handful of PYTs showed up, most of them wearing at least one piece from the house. Jessica Szohr wore the Fall '09 platforms with a lace dress and military jacket; Cassie rocked the green tulip skirt and Loubs; Miranda Kerr carried the gold clutch along with a ruffle dress; Whitney Port looked sophisticated in a Rachel Comey LBD and pearl chain necklace; and a pregnant Adriana Lima wore a misty chiffon dress. Only one can be most Fab, who's it gonna be?

Fab Ad: Givenchy Fall/Winter '09

Givenchy creative director Riccardo Tisci feels "It’s important to give reality to women," hence why he's decided to take a more realistic approach to his Fall/Winter '09 ad campaign. "I wanted to give this feeling of going from a studio to reality." To be precise, this reality is set inside a gilded bedroom in the Château de Ferrières. A not-so-obvious change: He's gone from using photographers Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin for nine seasons to Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. Also unlike the past, the ad uses color photography and features new models - his favorite, Mariacarla Boscono is still in the mix but the most surprising addition is Victoria's Secret model Adriana Lima. Roberto Cavalli has moved to Paris. His business has, that is. It's no secret the designer is all about the lavish life ("I’m a firm believer that there’s no success without excess," Cavalli said), but his 8,640-square-foot flagship is less over-the-top than originally planned. Still, the boutique has lots of gold, a chocolate resin floor, and a sci-fi chandelier. Just in time for Paris Fashion Week, the Roberto Cavalli doors opened and celebrities followed suit to celebrate. Welcome . . .

Want to know what Victoria's Secret thinks is sexy? You got it. The company has released its What Is Sexy? 2009 List. It includes categories like sexiest style past and present, and sexiest legs past and present. To celebrate the list, the lingerie giant threw a huge party at the Bowery Hotel in NYC. Of course, VS hotties Adriana Lima and Doutzen Kroes (left) were in attendance, as were other gorgeous models and actresses. You better believe there was enough sexiness to last a lifetime.

Feathers and Hotties at the 2008 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

Let the pajama party begin. Plumage, perfectly toned (and tanned) bodies, sequins, lace, and ruffles, and, of course, Heidi Klum, all make up the holiday cocktail known as the Victoria's Secret fashion show. Victoria's Secret ignored economic uncertainty with a full-blown lingerie love affair at Miami's newest hot spot: The Fontainebleau hotel. When asked about this year's show, Ed Razek, VS’s president and chief marketing officer said, “Quite candidly, I think people are looking for a little escape right now." While many a celeb and pretty face turned out for not one, but two runway shows, there was more than enough escape to go around.The show will air on CBS on Dec. 3., but we've got the sparkly splendor for you now. With Usher performing, VS angels Selita Ebanks, Adriana Lima, Doutzen Kroes, and Miranda Kerr strutted their hot stuff, as well as high fashion models like Lara Stone, Julia Stegner, and Behati Prinsloo. It was refreshing to see a couple classic faces like Carmen Kass and Noemie Lenoir, too. Whatever your fantasy, these girls wore an outfit to fulfill it. From bedazzled bras - Adriana Lima wore the the $5 million black diamond bra - to black lace bodysuits, cozy cuties, sci-fi getups, and dramatic wings, Victoria's Secret brought it full force.

Fab Flash: Gisele Tops List of High-Earning Models in 2008

Forbes' annual list of the world's top-earning models is out, and Gisele takes the top spot again this year.

She has accumulated $35 million (!) in the last 12 months from her former contract with Victoria's Secret, her ads for Versace, a lucrative deal with Max Factor, plus those popular sandals of hers; and that's just to name a few of the sources.

Heidi Klum trails behind in second place with $14 million in earnings, which is no surprise between Project Runway and her Victoria's Secret contract. But the real surprise - to me, anyway - is that Tyra isn't on the list.
