Annie Hall was so natural for Diane Keaton, her personal style reflects what Annie would wear today, were she real. Yes, Diane has made a few fashion faux pas, but what risk-taker hasn't?

OMG. I loveee her personal style too! In Because I Said So, her Wedding Dress is absolutely chic and I can't take it!!
1It's also funny you talk of staying true to your style because in I think this month's Issue of British Vogue (the one with Kate Moss on it)... there's an article in there that talks about creative a style uniform and adding pieces to your wardrobe that associate with your "uniform"... I'm trying... but I can't figure out my own personal style. I see what I like and I wear it... sigh... there should be a style teller who tells you what your personal style is.
2i'm not so much a fan of what she wears but i am a fan of her quirky style- i admire that she does her own thing
3i love androgyny - and i can't think of anyone who does it better! annie hall is one of my favorite "fashion" movies - diane keaton is amazing!
4Annie Hall is one of my all-time fave films! The fashion makes it such a legend too.
5I hate this trend
6annie hall/diane keaton didnt inspire this look, kathryn hepburn did.
Diane Keaton is not a fashion icon either, because she has yet to graduate out of annie hall and start dressing like a normal person.
7She knows what works for her and runs with it. I don't think she always hits her mark, but I appreciate that she is clearly the one calling her own shots about what she wears and not just bending to a stylist pushing whatever is the trend of the moment is onto her.
