The starting price is $1,000, and though it's a hefty price to pay, take into consideration that you'll be helping Variety, The Children’s Charity of Southern California. Plus, you'll forever have the dress that Keira wore in the Academy Award nominated film. Now that's a reason to be green with envy.

Atonement costume designer Jacqueline Durran chose emerald green for Keira Knightley's character because to her, the hue symbolizes temptation. She certainly found the perfect color (which was a mixture of lime green silk, black and green organza, and green chiffon) because the dress is loved by nearly every girl who has seen the flick. I oft browse other gals' ShopStyle looks for outfit ideas. I'm telling you: There's a lot of lovely looks and clothes to look at over there! If you've had a chance to see Atonement, you'll definitely remember the green backless gown, created by costume designer Jacqueline Durran, that Keira Knightley's character wore in the movie's most pivotal scene.

Dressed: A Century of Hollywood Costume Design by Academy Award-nominated costume designer Deborah Nadoolman Landis ($48) features 100 of Hollywood's most amazing costumes and the characters they helped bring to life. Leaf through costume sketches as well as photographs, some never seen before. I wonder if the dress from Atonement will be making its way into a costume design book . . .

Who Wore It Better? Jay Godfrey Fuchsia Bow Dress

Dancing With the Stars's most recent winner Julianne Hough arrived at the Enchanted premiere in a fuchsia Jay Godfrey dress. Actress Susan Sarandon's daughter, Eva Amurri, wore the exact dress at the Atonement after party. Julianne exudes trendiness and youth, while Eva appears more sophisticated and serious. I'm leaning towards Eva, but who do you think wore it better?
