I have always loved Alaia's eyelet design; it's so delicate compared to the house's otherwise strong shoe silhouettes. I've had my eye on these Azzedine Alaia Eyelet Lace-Up Booties ($888) for quite some time now. The lace-up style is nothing new, but the perforations make it so unique.

Usually when two celebrities wear the same dress, they personalize it, say, with varying footwear. Such is not the case for Zoe Saldana and Doutzen Kroes. Both recently wore their Azzedine Alaia's gray full-skirt dress with Alaia's lace-up shoe boots — Zoe at the Star Trek premiere in London and Doutzen at the Cannes Film Festival.

Color blocking is all about using your imagination. I love how phaeder8er interpreted this look by contrasting vibrant accessories against neutral dresses. Her outfits look amazing and it's also a smart translation on the trend without going overboard.

You know what happens when you put together a mermaid and Coco Rocha? Perfection. I'm sure you can see why sachastar's underwater image has me suffering from major mermaid illusions.

This week the Obamas began their European tour. All eyes were on Michelle to see what she packed and loaded onto Air Force One. First stop: London, where the presidential couple met with Britain's Prime Minister Gordon Brown and his wife Sarah, as well as the Queen.

Here are some fun facts about Alexis we didn't know: her first language is Spanish, she is 5'7" (doesn't she look petite, though?), and her favorite band is Radiohead. Considering the fact that she looked smashing in a Mischen dress, Alaia heels, and a cool gold clutch at the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 premiere, atop those other fun facts, Alexis is bonafide Fab. I always thought she was adorable on Gilmore Girls — those blue eyes are amazing — but she just went up a few notches.

Two ladies, two colors, one dress. Mariah wore her black Azzedine Alaia ruffle frock at the Fresh Air Fund's Salute to American Heroes event last weekend. Then Victoria wore her nude version during her interview with Matt Lauer earlier this week.
