I say, if you want to raise a fashionista you gotta get 'em young. As we all know, fashion is a pretty cut throat biz and you have to have an extensive skill set to survive. One can teach the art of customization and fine fabrics as early as the newborn stage - contrary to popular belief. Here is a teaching tool: a plush, posh blankie from The Gigi Blanki Co.. Choose from an array of styles - a blanki, burpi, or toothi - and a selection of fabrics and colors; they cost $8-$25. Each one is handmade; one side is soft and fuzzy, the other is silky and comforting. And to prove my point: these have been tested and approved by fashionista-in-the-making katiesugar.

I conjure up specific shopping missions for myself. I often go on these missions to fill in the holes in my life - holes in my wardrobe, beauty cabinet and home furnishings that is. I consider myself a pretty skilled shopper and I usually complete my shopping missions pretty fast. However, for the longest time I was looking for an adult blanket made out of the amazingly snuggly soft fabric baby blankets are made of. To my disbelief, I found one. Baby brand Baby Jak of San Francisco makes one and it is a slice of heaven. Each blanket is reversible with two colors and two textures and are machine wash and dry. Fab Flash: Juicy Couture Baby

What seems like a natural product line extension, Juicy Couture is venturing into babywear this Spring. The company will launch a full collection of baby clothes for both male and female tots, called Juicy Couture Baby. The new line will consist of everything from bibs to blankets, swimsuits, T-shirts, onesies, and their signature tracksuits. They will be sold in their flagship stores in NYC and San Francisco as well as Neiman Marcus, Saks and Nordstrom.

The concept works because OneGoodie can promise very high volume, so the manufacturers are happy to offer steep deals. The site even asks its readers for input on what products to offer next. FYI, each product hits the web at 1 a.m. Eastern time every day and sticks around for 24 hours or until it is sold out.
