I recently found out that Jonathan Antin, founder and creator of Jonathan Product, and the star of the TV reality show Blow-Out, is releasing a new hair care line called Ionic Balance.
The idea is to help treat those with damaged, super dry and over-processed hair. The key ingredients are tourmaline and amethyst which are believed to help fight frizz, increase circulation to the scalp and roots of the hair and add shine.

Skin cancer is very prevalent in our society today, so be sure to take advantage of the free skin cancer screening program next month, called Skin Cancer Takes Friends.
According to reports, Olay and the American Society for Dermatological Surgery have teamed up with Desperate Housewife, Marcia Cross, to spread awareness of the program, which is meant to encourage people to bring their friends to dermatologic surgeons for a free screening. Look out for Marcia, who will appear in a national print campaign in Shape Magazine and in in-store visuals.

Jessica Alba has been looking a bit casual lately, even at award shows. But come Summer, we're going to see a more dolled up Jessica because it has been reported that the actress is going to be the next face of Revlon, alongside her "Fantastic Four" costar Beau Garrett.
Not only will we be seeing Jessica's beautiful face in ads, she will also be starring in a commercial for the 3D Extreme Mascara that comes out in July.

If Sarah Jessica Parker's first perfume, Lovely, was too girly-girl for you, then her latest scent, Covet, will rock your olfactory world. According to reports the scent, made of wet greens, geranium leaves, Sicilian lemon, lavender and chocolate, will hit Macy's in mid-July and will be distributed to other department and specialty stores after August. The actress drew inspiration from her hometown of New York City and knew from the very beginning that she wanted the smell to be more aggressive.

Coca Cola isn't exactly a brand known for healthy drinks. But that may change as of 2008, when the multi-billion dollar company and the popular makeup line, L'Oreal are expected to launch their tea-based skin care drink called Lumae. Come 2008, don't go searching for the drink in the aisles of 7-Eleven or Trader Joe's, as it's rumored that it will only be sold in department stores like Saks Fifth Avenue.

Dustin Hoffman's wife, Lisa, has stepped out of the shadows of her famous hubby and has created a quality skincare line, Night & Day, that promises to have easy-to-follow steps and portable packaging that can easily be stuffed into your designer handbag (or gym bag or briefcase or suitcase or glove compartment).
When it comes to skincare, Lisa is pretty demanding and when she grew tired of bulky bottles and searching for products from various lines, she was inspired to come up with products for women who want to simplify their skin care and beauty regimen.
The simplifying process is broken up into three sections: "24 Hour," "Night" and "Day."
