I clearly remember the black belt from <a href="/107982" >Cameron's Golden Globes Valentino gown</a>, and while hers was one shouldered, the belted dresses last night were all strapless. When this look is short, it is rather 80s, especially Sara Ramirez's turquoise party dress.
