Biz Markie had a story to tell and he told it right. The "your mama" jokes in the beginning of this video are funny, but when Biz gets on with his story of heartache, you can't help but take the guy seriously. It's refreshing to see a big, intimidating guy sing about heartache - it happens to us all. And he does it in a peaceful way. The catchiest part of the song, which everyone must sing along with, is the chorus, "Oh baby, you, you got what I n-eed," but Biz is a better rapper than singer. Dressing up as Mozart was a comical bit, too. The best cure for heartache? Laughter is the best medicine . . .

It looks like we aren't the only ones inspired by dogs! Whether they're singing lead vocals or the title's inspiration, these songs about dogs have left their mark on music. The next time you're going to make a Summer playlist, keep your furry friends in mind with these tunes.

The song's title is a reference to a nameless black Labrador Retriever that wandered around the studios during recording.

The track is named after the dog who provided howling vocals in their 1972 film Pink Floyd: Live at Pompeii. Madmoiselle Nobs stood in for the dog "Seamus" who originally provided howling accompaniment on the album version of the tune.

4. Aerosmith - "Walking the Dog"
Aerosmith covered this song by Rufus Thomas for their first very album in 1973.

Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon impressed us when they teamed up for a little song and dance number called "A History of Rap" last year, and now they've gone and done it again. On Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, JT and Jimmy whipped out another routine, with fresh songs and dance moves. This time, they tackle Outkast, 50 Cent, Biz Markie, and more plus a rendition of Salt-n-Pepa's "Push It" that would put the Glee kids to shame. Sequels are rarely as good as the originals, but this may be an exception. Watch!
