Diane Kruger Debuts a Dramatic Giambattista Valli Gown at the Berlin Film Fest - See Every Angle

For the second time today, Diane Kruger caught our attention at the Berlin Film Festival, this time wowing in a dramatic Giambattista Valli gown at the premiere of Farewell, My Queen. Thanks to a bold combination of polka dots, a ladylike tie-neckline, and a wash of sequins over the bodice, the couture confection may just be another one to add to the growing list of looks only Diane can wear. Adding to the drama, Diane sported an edgy set of cuff earrings, dark polish, and a statement clutch by Judith Leiber. Color Inspiration: Ivory and Brass

Last night, Viola Davis glowed at the 18th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards. Decked out in a white Marchesa gown with a metallic embroidered bodice, the color read more brass than gold, especially when compared to the color in her gold bracelet. I love the contrast between the milky dress and the metallic accents and set out to find some home decorating pieces that embraced a similar color scheme.

I'm a major fan of brass lamps, so it makes sense that three of the items I've chosen are types of lighting. Start with your overhead illumination needs with the infinitely affordable Brass Tiered Pendant Shade ($64). Made from a material mix of plastic, brass, copper, and glass, it's an inexpensive way to get in on the brass trend.

My favorite lighting choice, however, is the Hammered Brass Sconce ($165) from Serena & Lily. A concave, hand-hammered brass oval shape reflects light and will cast a warm glow throughout your room. I'm tempted to switch out my bedroom sconces with a pair of these brass sconces - they'd add such ambiance!

The ladylike curves of the Ethan Allen Hepburn Sofa ($2,200) would work perfectly with a classic, feminine decorating scheme. The sofa is a beautiful piece, from its modern straight tapered leg to its rolled arms and sleek camelback.

Despite being in a sea of fellow beauties at the SAG Awards, Viola Davis is the woman to beat for sheer glamour. Her white Marchesa gown, with its rose gold floral embroidery bodice, is quite the statement maker, and she's got the gold and diamond floriated bangle and earrings to match. She also went with big, vintage-style curls, smoky eyes, and loads of lashes for classic bombshell appeal. What do you think? Rose Byrne is no stranger to risk-taking looks, and her SAG Awards look was no different. The Bridesmaids actress hit the red carpet in a white embellished Elie Saab Couture jumpsuit covered in opaque sparkles. The deep V-neckline and draped bodice fits Rose perfectly, and her choice of accessories (a gold cuff and clutch) were simple and complementary. She wore her chestnut bob straight and sleek, and opted for a rosy pink blush and matching lips. We're loving that Rose shook things up in a jumpsuit rather than a dress - but what do you think of her look?

Proving that she knows how to pull out all of the glamorous stops, Kaley Cuoco went for a Romona Keveza ball gown at the SAG Awards. The shape is kept flattering with a tightly draped bodice that provides a little relief from the featherlike tulle on her skirt. With such a big, romantic dress, it's important to maintain some balance, so Kaley skipped out on the accessories altogether and instead furthered the soft, deconstructed look of her ensemble with an oversized headband braid, made even more dreamy with lots of pulled-out tendrils. The intricate fabric paired with an asymmetric underlay and Kruger's elegant, understated accessories have an overwhelmingly romantic but still utterly modern feel. Couture Fashion Week: Atelier Versace

Nothing could kick-start Couture Fashion Week quite like Atelier Versace's confident return to the ring after an eight-year hiatus. Donatella Versace presented the label's couture collection for the first time since 2004, marking its resurrection in signature brights and distinctly sexy silhouettes. All the elements we've come to rely on from a Versace collection were present - curve-hugging bodices, brilliant statement color, leg-revealing hemlines - and like any good couture collection, there, too, was the element of surprise. The standout, but limited, color palette verged between blinding brights, creamy grays, neutrals, and a splash of gold. We're treated to all-out sultry silhouettes, then checked with futuristic-feeling detail. Laser cuts and lace feel at once delicate and fierce, like the glamorous gold heels made tougher with buckled shin guards. The collection was sexy, but not without substance - just the way we like our leading ladies who will wear it.

Trends: Neoprene brights, corsets, lace, peplum.
Colors: Citrus hues - orange, green, yellow; nude, gray, gold.
