All the recent images of celebs relaxing on St. Barts have us dreaming about beach life, which is why we're super excited for Target's next designer collaboration with luxury resort and lifestyle brand Calypso St. Barth. Calypso, known for its bohemian, destination-chic style, is designing clothing, accessories, and home goods for Target, with prices ranging from $1.99-$79.99 (a far cry from their collection prices, where a dress might be $825). The collection will hit stores May 1, just in time for Summer. Calypso St. Barth, a favorite of celebrities like Jennifer Aniston (pictured above wearing Calypso) and Kate Beckinsale, is confirmed to create a limited-edition collection of fashion and home items for Target, set to launch May 1st in stores and online. “Calypso St. Barth is a renowned global brand with an incredibly loyal following and we think Target’s guests will love the no-fuss, sophisticated appeal of the collection,” Target’s senior vice president of merchandising Trish Adams told us exclusively. While no images are available yet, the collection will include clothing and accessories for women and children, plus home goods like candles, pillows and glassware. “The Calypso St. Barth for Target collection is timed perfectly for summer and offers our guests destination-chic style at incredible prices,” Adams said. While the core Calypso offerings (above) can reach upwards of $800, the label’s Target pieces will be $1.99 to $79.99. T-minus 116 days and counting…

Celebrity Style: Marion Cotillard

How does Marion always manage to look so pretty? Not fair. The Frenchie made a cameo at the Public Enemies premiere in Chicago. I'm sure the pink strapless dress is Christian Dior - Marion is the house muse after all - but her neutral accents prevent it from being overly girlie. The double brown belt is super cool and her pewter Sergio Rossi peep toes are the right amount of shine. She wore a little ivory knit bolero when chatting with the film's director Michael Mann. Pretty at it's best.

Trend Alert: Under the Sea Sequins

If you can't escape to la mar this Winter, escape via your wardrobe. Under the sea sequins are unexpected and mystical. There's something about a shimmer in a deep indigo, bright turquoise, or cool cerulean. Black sequins - been there, done that. These mermaids permeated the red carpets in the most beautiful of blues, Jennifer and Cate both in Balenciaga and Rachel in Derek Lam. Notice the varied shoe choices. Just because you're wearing an aquatic frock doesn't mean you can't wear some party shoes, too.

Babysugar Diaries: A Wrinkled Dress You Need Not Press

There are many reasons why I'm not thrilled about carting a bevy of sun dresses across the country for back–to–back weddings that I'm attending. Aside from carrying my daughter around airports, heavy loads aren't recommended for pregnant ladies. And even though maternity dresses have improved in recent years, I still don't love to spend loads of money on dresses that only last me a few months.

That's why I ADORE the Julia dress ($195) from Calypso. The non–maternity silk dupioni wrap dress has been worth every single penny I paid for it. (Tip, some colors are on sale for $135 right now!) The flirtatious frock can be worn in various ways; as the original wrap dress or tied up in the more popular prego–friendly fashion pictured above. This garment worked wonders for my nursing postpartum figure, my slimmed down stressorexic physique and my current expectant state.

The dress requires minimal upkeep. After wearing, you can just toss it in the washer and hang it to dry with wrinkled creases and all. For vacations, you can throw it in your suitcase for safe keeping. The crinkled silk look reflects the shine and beauty of the colorful fabric.

I have been stalking this Calypso Edie Dress (on sale for $20, originally $110) for weeks now. I can't believe what a great deal it is! Only the Emerald color remains (pictured), in a Small or Medium, but that color would be my pick anyway.
